|Dave Kadlecek, a software engineer and mathematician from Santa Clara, was involved in the 2018 ballot measure there for ranked-choice voting, and the ballot measure that adopted ranked-choice voting in Oakland while living there in 2006. Dave has held leadership positions in the Peace and Freedom Party.
