P-RCV Election

When using the RCV123 resources, to create a mock election for Ranked Choice Voting (a.k.a Alternative Vote), the number of winners should be set to 1. To create a mock election for Proportional Ranked Choice Voting (P-RCV), multiple winners should be selected. After creating your mock ballot, RCV123 auto-generates a QR code that can be copied into slideshows or other presentations, a useful tool for teachers when conducting this exercise.
